Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Siqual Design, Jiului Str. 11, 335800 Petrila, Romania, office@siqual-design.com, Phone: +49 174 6608963) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form, but it's not required.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been explicitly agreed upon; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us or to 3000Watt GmbH (Böttcherstraße 7, 33609 Bielefeld, Germany) without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods that can normally be sent by post. You bear the immediate costs of returning goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be sent by post. For goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be sent by post, these costs are approximately 70 EUR. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed when we are simultaneously your lender or when your lender uses our assistance regarding the financing. If the loan has already been credited to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender assumes our rights and obligations in relation to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract relates to the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, currencies, or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and additionally withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for that.

We will bear the immediate costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.
