Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. To start the return process, please contact us at office@siqual-design.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to evaluate the problem and offer a solution.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
